Description of the item and mini license agreement

This item includes a set of 4 custom-made digital illustrations created by the artist Frida Castelli, designed exclusively for use in the literary work titled Natasha's Lust by Ana on behalf of Viko Technologies, represented by Victoria Holguin Moreno, with its registered office at 3043 Sherbrooke East, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, H1WB9.

The license to use these illustrations is granted under the following conditions:

License scope

The set of digital illustrations is licensed to the author/purchaser exclusively for the publication and promotion of her book. The images may only be used within the book and for marketing and promotional activities strictly related to the book itself (e.g., cover, promotional online posts, the author’s website, book presentations, and press releases related to the book).

License terms, cost, and payment

The license is granted for an indefinite period.

A one-time payment of €600.00 (22% VAT included) grants the purchaser the right to use the illustrations for up to 5,000 copies of the book.

For copies exceeding 5,000, the license remains valid under the same conditions, with the addition of a 10% royalty on the cover price for each extra copy sold.

The author/publisher shall provide a quarterly sales report detailing the total copies sold. The corresponding royalty payments shall be made on a quarterly basis via bank transfer to either Frida Castelli, as the author of the artworks, or Moorigo S.R.L.S., as the agency managing her editorial interests. The relevant bank details will be provided separately.

Exclusivity

The use of the illustrations is granted exclusively to the purchaser solely for the publication of the book and related promotional activities. All other uses are expressly excluded, such as:

• The sale or distribution of the images on other media (e.g., prints, merchandise).
• The use of the images for advertisements, promotional campaigns, or content not directly linked to the book.
• Reproduction of the images on any other media or context unrelated to the editorial work.

Copyright

The artist Frida Castelli retains the copyright for all illustrations. The purchaser cannot claim authorship or co-authorship of the works. In all publications and promotions related to the book, the artist must be credited as the illustrator (e.g., "Illustrations by Frida Castelli").

Modification and manipulation

The illustrations may not be modified, altered, or manipulated without the artist’s written consent. Any request for adaptation or modification must be agreed upon in advance with Frida Castelli or the agency representing her interests.

Usage limitations

This license does not allow the purchaser to sublicense or transfer the rights to use the illustrations to third parties. Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate revocation of the license and potential claims for damages.

Review clause

Both parties acknowledge that the agreed terms are designed to ensure fair compensation for the use of the illustrations. However, should exceptional circumstances arise—such as a substantial increase in sales volume, significant changes in market conditions, or new opportunities directly related to the book’s success—either party may request a renegotiation of the financial and licensing terms.

Any such renegotiation shall be conducted in good faith, with the intent of ensuring equitable terms for both parties, while respecting the artist’s creative and commercial interests.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in the city of the artist’s residence.

By purchasing this item, the purchaser accepts all the terms and conditions set forth above, acknowledging that the usage rights granted are strictly limited to what is defined in this contract.
